  • two separate 1.5-2 hour in home sessions where we will go over stages of labor, coping tools and methods, movement for optimal positions and building your birth plan.

  • 24/7 access to me during our on call window starting at 38 weeks.

  • support during labor starting at your home (or once we meet at the hospital) and the remainder of labor, birth and up to 2 hours postpartum.

  • 1 postpartum visit for processing, questions and reflection up to 10 days post baby’s birth day.

  • guidance to local resources for feeding/lactation, body work, mental health support and more!

  • two separate 1.5-2 hour in home sessions where we will go over stages of labor, coping tools and methods, movement for optimal baby positioning and mother’s comfort, hospital policies, possible scenarios or interventions, and likely offerings in a hospital setting.

  • birth preferences and creating a plan

  • a list of all my favorite physical coping tools that i keep in my doula bag

  • a physical copy of the education and information we go over to keep on hand for reference during labor.

  • local resources & reference page

while this option does not guarantee my support during birth with an on-call window like my “preparing for the journey"“ package does, i will always try my best to answer questions should they arise.
